Damien White - President

Damien graduated Cum Laude from Castleton State College with a Bachelor of Science.  Ever since he was young, he has had a driving passion for computers and software development, and a thirst for knowledge that just cannot be quenched.  Starting when he was eight years old, thanks to a Commodore 64 that his dad brought home, Damien began developing in BASIC.  Since that time, the rudimentary programs have turned into full scale enterprise solutions.  Professionally, he has over 10 years of experience, and currently focuses his development efforts with C# and all things .NET.  Damien is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) in .NET.  In addition to coding, he is also a published author.

Dave Marini - Vice President, Software Development

Graduating from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science, Dave has 10 years of experience designing and building enterprise solutions for Windows and the web using Microsoft technologies. He is passionate about technology and his professional experience has also given him a broad knowledge of a variety of industries including healthcare, marketing and civil engineering. Dave specializes in C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server technologies and has recently implemented full scale solutions which utilize Microsoft Commerce Server 2007 platform and the new web services framework, Windows Communication Foundation. His ability to quickly learn and apply the latest technologies makes him a valuable asset to those who want the benefits of new technology without sacrificing a significant delay in deployment.

Rebecca White - Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Rebecca graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  After school, she worked for a small video production company, developing marketing campaigns for clients and handling all video editing for the company.  From there she moved into banking, eventually taking over the mortgage department for a local bank.  She helped to revitalize the department and create new promotions to raise customer awareness about the services offered.  Currently, as the Vice President of Marketing for Visoft Inc, Rebecca oversees all aspects of the company’s marketing from website design to creating marketing materials and even meeting with clients to discuss their needs.  Being the only non-programmer in the company, Rebecca is able to clearly communicate with the customers in non-geek speak to ensure that all of their needs are met and they enjoy the experience of working with Visoft Inc.
